Original game concept

Core loop

Read an exam rubric, spend practice time on two techniques, then solve a test that scores the work of your summons as well as the outcome.

What the player decides
Build a fragile specialist that meets one demanding condition or field two simple units with overlapping duties and a safer fallback.
First playable test
Three exams on a shared six-tile board. Give each exam a different pass condition and ask whether players can name the technique that made the difference.
