Orders and morale tactics · One Star Left

Original game concept

Core loop

Read the director’s next command, move a low-rank squad through the room, and spend morale to reinterpret an order after you identify a threat.

What the player decides
Obey an order that earns a promotion opportunity or break formation to save a recruit the director treats as replaceable.
First playable test
One boss, three scripted orders, and two recruits. Defiance should cost something, and the final turn should change when a recruit survives.
